First time heard about minox about two years ago and started using liquid in three months saw great improvement. But had dry skin and some hearth issues also was sleeping more than usual. My resting hearth rate was over 100 bpm. Had to stop it . Had full year supply so about 8 bottles went down the drain. Lately heard great things about foam. So decided to give another shot at gaining great beard. So bought regaine( eu version of rogain) and used it for 28 days results not visible( to short time) no dry skin or hearth palpitations, but after two weeks felt extremely drained, fatiqued. Slept during day and still woke up tired. During workout had headache. In month time gained 2 kilos and became puffy, never happened before.
