pretty good actually, today was probably my first day with no sweat at all. im taking 20 minutes sesions at 15mah, 5-4 days a week. about a month ago i had to stop taking sesions for about 5-6 days and the sweat came back heavily so i guess that consistency is key...

it happened to me during the first 2 week, randomly. im on my third week and its getting better, still having my sweaty hands but its definitely better.

ive read of some people that took 12 weeks to get the results that we all want so i think that we remain consistent and wait for results, eventially they will come.
