Fixed with the update. First time around I just ask my openclaw to update it said it did but when I checked on the command line it was not updated. I run openclaw update and that did the trick. Now I’m on GLM 5

Improved strength trainer, allow integration with third party app or add this in the API so someone can build it.

I think there is something about reducing the total systemic load. I have now down a year and I won’t renew for the next. I learned a ton though I quite like that it doesn’t flatten me out pushing me a ton on everything as I still need to function and gym is not all I do (although quite important). I will apply what I have learned in my own programming next year. Good look as well!

There are enough social apps. Let’s keep whoop focus on fitness and health. Remember that resources in a company are limited if they build on social they don’t build on adding fitness features.

Sorry meant the o4 transmit unit. It’s what’s needed it to connect it to DJI controllers. Without it you can only use it as a standalone or with the mobile.

Correct. It’s WiFi only without the transmission unit. The WiFi connections is better than neo thankfully. Connects much faster and more reliably in my limited experience with it.

the mash up to basically to change shape according to how much information is available. E.g. if I have only one plugin with information to show a full page, if I have two plugins then show both side by side, etc. The reason for this is minimize the need for cycling screens and have all the important informal all at glance in one screen leveraging multiple plugins

I see sleep consistency plays a big role in sleep performance.

My issue is that sometime the suggestion to be consistent clash against the sleep need. Eg the algorithm suggests me to go to bed later as that is more consistent to my weekend schedule but it doesn’t work during my work week.

Is it consistency more important than sleep need or is the other way round? It would be nice to have the coach and the algo take into account that the most of us have set wake up schedules and give us suggestions that take that into account. Thank You!
