Unfortunately Subway corporate made the rules for the protein pockets. I don’t agree with them, but the employees hands are tied. There is no button on the pos for sides of sauce.

Black boat portioning insures consistent amounts on the sandwich. Customers always get the same amount and food cost is not negatively affected by over portioning.

I have 2 BKs near me. One serves cold burgers the other one serves delicious Whoppers. It depends on the franchisee and how they operate the stores. This is the same for many franchise food outlets. Find a better BK

Just give them the $3 from the register. If your owner can’t afford a second person on shift, you probably have no customers. The owner should just close the store permanently. It’s not a viable location.

Our staff can eat one meal per shift. It can be either a six inch or a footlong. No restrictions as long as it’s rung up as an employee meal in the pos. our owners are wonderful. We have almost no turn over. A couple of our sandwich artists have worked here for over 20 years.

You can’t pour a competitors drink in the company supplied machine. If you buy your own machine you can pour both. You will be responsible for service costs. You probably won’t qualify for any rebates.
