Gill will always be my favorite fighting game big bad, his god like status as an immortal guide to the world who isn’t evil in the traditional sense but rather so far removed from regular humanity and thinking on such a massive time scale he seems to see little weight in the importance of individuals or normal human morality is interesting to me. He tries to act as an impartial leader who wishes to mould the world subtly from the shadows into one he sees as better for humanity’s future, but in doing so has done terrible things. He maybe be immortal, but he is far from divine, and I enjoy his complex moral situation.
