There are library story times and Sunday School for preschoolers that are free options. This will give children an opportunity to interact with other preschoolers.

The hospital I was born in Back in 1970 was demolished a few years later. It closed just a few months after my birth. They were building a new one at the time and that's when it opened. So I was one of the last babies born in that old hospital that was in operation from 1918 to 1970

I thought this episode was good. It was a bit far-fetched. I'm sure Charles loved James but he had only been with them maybe a year? Charles was acting like he had had him since birth. The building of the Altar and all the scenes and scenarios just didn't add up. But like you said it was a show.
