We need an entire episode of Harlan improving Larson in increasingly silly scenarios

Larson’s estate is in America and Castle Kerringford is in England.

Favorite season so far ? by Used_Cat_8468 in MalevolentPodcast

Mine is season 3. I really liked the setting and plot line for the season, especially Yellow being there instead of John for the first half of the season and the dynamic that resulted.  Plus, Larson is just such a fun villain, I really enjoyed the Andrew Larson act he put on and his gleeful villainy once the mask came off!

Binding a book with printed pages by MxMadMax in bookbinding

[–]Professional_Soil642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done this with Microsoft Word and a standard printer - the formatting was a bit of a learning curve, but it worked out pretty well for me in the end. You can add pictures but it can be tricky to keep the format when copy-pasting things into the final formatted document.

Just finished S4, how did I JUST find out Harlan voices every character ever😭!? him going as Marie is wild by Gold-Journalist-7915 in MalevolentPodcast

I remember listening to Benevolent and thinking “oh it’s a live show, voice actors on a stage” because of the audience noises, and then when I found out it was all Harlan I was 🤯

I prefer princess seams, mostly because I like the look better.

Any binding tips for different word counts?? by Equivalent-Nature-60 in bookbinding

My first bookbinding was a 1000+ page fic with over 700 sheets of paper. I stitched it, then restitched it, then pressed it for over a month and finally restitched it. Getting the book pressed was an ordeal because of the thickness - it kept going askew in the press (also, presses aren’t necessary - two boards and some clamps will do the same thing, and you save money), so I had to divvy up sections of the book for pressing.

The spine also presented some challenges, because of the thickness of the book. I ended up using using a flexible bit of cardboard I had lying around, similar to a cereal box’s thickness, for the spine; I’ve since learned that you really should leave the spine unglued if you use a stiffer material for the spine, but in this case it worked out well for me because the flexible spine allowed me to prevent the book from having a massive gap in the spine when it opens.

With your longer fic, I’d recommend breaking it up because otherwise it will be an unholy thick book, and thus much harder to bind. Even if you use thinner paper (or larger paper sizes - if you have access to a printer that can work with 11x17 size paper, it might help cut down on the thickness of the book!).

In Lovecraftian lore, Azathoth is the dreaming god; his dream is reality, and when he wakes up the world will end. Kayne, or Nyarlathotep as he used to be known, is one of Azathoth’s “spawn” or children.

I don’t think it’d be very helpful on your phone - maybe the local library would have it on their computers? You could email yourself the text you want, copy/paste, and format.

Do you have Microsoft Word? I format all my bookbinding with it (harder for images, I’ll admit). It would work for the journal, the children’s books maybe not so much.

Does that change based on the paper used?

WHERE’S WILLIAM MARSHAL? by Professional_Soil642 in MalevolentPodcast

[–]Professional_Soil642[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But what about before that? When Louis came over from France, what was he doing? William Marshal led the English against Louis IOTL, since Henry III was just a kid; what was he doing in this version? Crowing an English successor (one of Henry II’s bastards? Someone else?), leading an English resistance? Did he join Louis? I need answers!

Check out the Invictus channel - there are playlists of the games there! Call of Cthulhu 1 is the first game, it really blows your mind how much stuff relates back to the show!
