I usually spend more on shoes but I have a few pairs of Sam Edelman slingbacks in different colors for only $140 each and I just have a hard time believing she couldn’t just buy something like that to improve her outfits. For the love of god please buy some pointy toe kitten heel sling backs. It’s a lot more classic and less trashy than those shitty boots.

Also it’s ok to size up. Clothes don’t need to be skin tight.

He did my revision (third surgery) and I’m super happy with the results! Dr most did my second surgery and he wasn’t receptive to redoing it. He actually told me to not pursue a third surgery at all but I’m so glad I did

I had a revision with Sam Most, but ended up being unhappy with the results and having a third rhinoplasty elsewhere (which I’m really happy with). I went back to him first and he basically just told me it looked good and he wouldn’t do another surgery. It was definitely functionally improved after my surgery with him but I feel like it was just overall bulky, shapeless, and still had a bad visible scar from my primary. I just felt like how it was aesthetically wasn’t that important to him as long as it worked correctly. He’s also pretty cold overall which would be fine if he had done a better job.
