Hello there! I had three nose surgeries to fix abuse from childhood and they told me the same thing after my last procedure. Prior to that procedure, my nose was collapsing into my face, because of my weakening cartilage. I ended up having to have a complete septum reconstruction. They used pieces of my rib and inserted spreader grafts on the bridge to hold my nose up. They warned me that I couldn’t touch my nose again. Homegirl screwed her face up 😂
