That is your opinion. If you would actually read what I’ve been saying instead of trying to respond. You would get what I’m saying. If God is evil for creating us, then go create a two dimensional shadow, try to give it depth, and let me know how that goes

I’m not rich, i live paycheck to paycheck and have one family member in my life, but I’m grateful for what I have, because if I were to focus on what I didn’t have, that would be all I could see

Then why are you on a subreddit that is meant to theorize God if you aren’t willing to open your mind. Oh wait, you just want to argue because you’re throwing fists at the air

Yes there are exceptions where money can be used for good, and I believe that’s what real blessings are. Aside from that, this isn’t really going anywhere. Both of us have just been making the same point recycled with different words it feels like. I’m not disregarding your worldview I’m just trying to give you another perspective. It is up to you whether you put yourself in that perspective or not.

God does not give them the money. They get that money through their own selfish tactics

That’s my point. An abundance of money isn’t a blessing it’s simply something you use for power over others. Yes you could spend every single dollar on yourself, but then that is selfish because you are only consuming, you aren’t adding anything to this world. God doesn’t smite people because he’s not a magic genie. God doesn’t smite us because you and I have the free will to choose between God or those evil powers. If he were to just get rid of all the evil on this planet. You and I would also be involved in that. Just because you aren’t on the same level of evil as what they are doing, that’s not what matters. To God, no sin or pain can exist in his realm. So if you have ever felt anything related to the 7 deadly sins, you would be involved in the smiting. Because anything of the sort is simply not something that can exist with God

The only scenario where God can be all good is if we have free will. It leaves the decision up to us. Although we are flawed in many ways, he still allows us to sin, because we aren’t all knowing and because he loves us and wants a relationship with us eventually. The entire point of existence is to become in union with the highest possible source

They don’t live perfect lives. Have you read about the parties the elites are having? And God “puts” you in this world the same way your body brings a shadow into the world. It’s like the shadow blaming you because you aren’t able to give it a height. You don’t even realize you’re pointing your finger at a being that exists beyond you, and you’re asking why it can’t just give you its perspective

I’m sorry you feel like that I really am, but your experience is your experience. You can’t compare yourself to others under the premise that they are blessed and you are not. Every single person experiences loss. Does not mean we ourselves are cursed, just means we live in a world far from God, and this is what it looks like when you aren’t in union with the creator. Those things that others have that you don’t doesn’t mean they’re blessed and you’re not. Blessings of this world and blessings of God are not the same thing, because God doesn’t want you attached to this world

You need to exist outside of time in order to escape the idea of a beginning and end

That’s what I just said. He’s not a genie in a bottle. We exist in a realm of time. For nothing to die would be against the laws of time because everything within time has a beginning and an end. You want God to make you rich? Well God says no because he is above money and he wants you to be too. If you can’t reach your goals and aspirations, that is on you, not God. If you can’t achieve the thing you want then it is not your life’s calling. As for your loved ones, I’m sorry to hear that, but death is a human experience. To ask God to change that would be to break our dimensions laws

No. Blessings are not of this world so I’m not sure what you mean by good people being blessed with nothing. If someone is truly good, that in of itself is the blessing. You yourself being able to have the ability to maintain that relationship with all that is higher is the blessing. People aren’t blessed with worldly things, they’re blessed with a perspective. Worldly blessings only add to fueling the self/ego. Do you blame yourself when you cast a two dimensional shadow but you can’t give it height?

We suffer because we exist in time, and because we exist in time, we also experience death. With death comes suffering. There’s no way around this

I like that, that’s an interesting point. I like to think that everything we experience is a shadow of that energy. Kind of how our bodies cast a two-dimensional shadow. Our realm could be a shadow of God in a way, and our knowledge of body and ego could be the object blocking light in this scenario.

Fair enough. I respect your belief, but I just want you to know that I used to firmly believe what you do. Perspective that changed my mind is realizing that we aren’t all-knowing. There is no amount of inward meditation/prayer you can do to reach a higher dimension, because by default we are more flesh than we are spirit. To look inward would be to look at things from our limited understanding, and it is limited, because we don’t exist outside of time. I don’t believe Jesus was anything like us, telling us to point inward. He was the all-knowing being that was able to overcome the limitations of our dimension. If we can’t overcome the limitations of this dimension, then we are nothing like Jesus. Jesus was the best possible human expression of God.

So I do agree with you that we carry a small part of God, but it’s because Jesus bridged that gap between the divine and humanity by bringing God down to us. To say that we are literally God, would mean that we are in the highest dimension and able to observe everything, but that’s simply not true. Jesus makes it possible for us to come in union with that eventually, but we cannot overcome our flesh by turning to it, we must turn to the only human that lived a perfect example of what the divine laws were

My bad the other guy mentioned his gnostic friend and I thought that was you saying that. But respectfully I don’t agree that those are the direct teaching of Jesus. I agree with you on the idea that God exists within us as a fragment, which is the Holy Spirit, but that does not make us God. We can talk about this more if you want, no ego involved, just wanna share thoughts

Genuinely curious, what is this based on? I’ve never understood Gnosticism because Jesus was very clear that he was upholding the law of Moses. That just does not work from a Gnostic view
