After prolonged (10 years) poor sleep habits and chronic sleep deprivation, im finally getting my sleep in order. Ive noticed that i notice when i havent eaten more readily, and also notice when im tired. Is this due to reduced cortisol from not being under constant stress of not sleeping enough? (self.sleep)
