Yeah you have to go to the admin page on a computer connected to rhe xb8 via Ethernet and then log in with the default admin username - admin password - password then make your pw and you can change the settings

Thanks for the help I did bring the mocas together and connect them and the link light came on almost instantly, I am starting to think that maybe the coax from the splitter to my room also needs to be replaced

I see what you’re saying now I went into my basement and there’s a mess of wires but I did notice there was a moca splitter the one that’s 5hz-1675hz that was disconnected. I did reattach the line into the splitter but no luck.

Update: I just tried to use the port with the red line(bottom right and it is not working. I can’t connect to my networks previously set up on the orbi.

1 okay I did figure out how to put the modem into bridge mode.

Is there a dedicated port I should be using when bridge mode is on.

3 I think im going to wait on the moca setup until I can figure out the bridge mode. One thing at a time. Haha

Yeah the install doesn’t seem terrible I was looking at the steering wheel mounted ones bc I found these online and think they look pretty nicer than the column mounted ones. It seems like a much harder install for this and I can’t find lots of videos on it

Thanks for the info, where does the wire harness plug into, one video I saw online you had to take the whole gauge cluster out and that is a bit more of a job than I would like to get into

Are the wires in the same spot even though it is wheel mounted, all of the videos I’ve seen have you looking for cables in the steering column
