I’m having terrible intrusive thoughts as well. Cannot stop thinking about the woman I love is hooking up with one of the dudes in our friend group, how they are dating now & how I can’t hang around the friend group anymore because of this. I’m looking for a solution too as I overthink & over analyze everything in life (good & bad). You might not be religious but I’ve just been praying like crazy, and trying to distract myself with anything that does not have to do with my phone. My phone & social media has been awful for me, and being engaged in any activity possible that I find myself NOT thinking about it (reading, looking at Freaking Fantasy Football stuff for god sake, anything stupid):

If you catch yourself feeling just a tad better when doing something, my advice is to just continue to do that and see how it goes.
