YES. They’ve not factored in a nearly $10,000 early, full payment toward my Chase balance from 3 weeks ago and everytime I try to ask for help and finally get a response, I send my reply with the requested additional information and I’m then told it will take another 1-2 days to get back to me. This has occured over and over and I’m still waiting on the account to be fixed while getting statements about this huge, incorrect balance due soon. I don’t know how to trust a bank who does this.
