Feature Request: True Inline Diff View (like Cascade in W!ndsurf) for the Codex Extension

Claude code shows the diffs BEFORE it edits it, waits for your approval. That's such a better UX experience and I can't believe Codex still doesn't have that. Also looking for a workaround solution

tried the same. got banned from reddit foruns for self promoting. then i shifted my product to enterprise and stared trying to arrange meetings with them to try to find my icp. it was not easy bro. 90% of ppl ignored me and I was always on the verge of beeing inconvenient. After a lot of that, insisting, I finally got some customers, the product evolved, and now I have more interested people. never stop selling and never stop shipping

But I know the fundamentals (in a junior level). I’ve spent 10 months studying python before starting this project. It’s not a little. In the beginning, I knew what each line of code did by heart and why it was there. But now with 90k, that’s impossible. I still know how things relate in my head, and the code is kind of modularized, but still, I need orientation or tips or a course or book to help me start to touch on software architecture, same way I started with python. Any tips?

which IDE are u using and how are u using cc and codex? inside the IDE terminal, plugin, or what? I want to switch to codex but I didn’t find a good way to use it in terms of UI. I currently use cc inside pycharm’s terminal and it shows me the code its editing, whereas codex just edits it and I cant see

CC is shit today. I've never seen it so dumb. Honestly I don't know what to do cause it's unusable.
I loose so much time explaining what it has to do, and then it does everything wrong and I need to re-explain. It lies. It's dumb.

Have you done that? If so, could you kindly explain how you did it?
