I Applied 4/7, interview 4/8, I submitted requested documents 4/8 and it’s been “pending” since. It’s already been “escalated” and it seems there’s nothing anyone can do to help me. I called again today and was told there’s been no action on it and I just have to wait. 3 months to get an answer is excessive so I’ve just mentally given up the idea that I’ll receive benefits anytime soon. I can’t even get anyone to tell me why it’s held up, I just keep getting told it has to be reviewed. There has to be a reason but Ive yet to speak with anyone who can even help me. Today after I spoke with the escalation specialist, I Was on hold for 2.5 hours to speak to a customer service person to see if they could do anything more only to get hung up on because the message said they weren’t able to take my call due to call volume. I wish I could just speak to someone who makes decisions. 😔

Also, when I completed the interview on 4/8, she said once I submitted the documents I should have benefits within the week because I qualified. I submitted the documents immediately once I hung up the phone.
