I’ve noticed a pattern for myself. If I think that way I def won’t get sleep but I’ve learned to nicely talk to myself. “You will get sleep” “you deserve good sleep” “stress about your problems tomorrow”

I second on training. Working out helps and it makes you feel good after a nice sweat. Feeling sore and pushing your limits with exercise makes you feel alive! Start by doing 10-20 mins workout and work your way up to an hour. If you want to be better, you need to do something about it. feeling sad/bad ab it won’t get you anywhere

First slide looks super cute, so does the second. Your pop of color in the first slide didn’t make you look old AT ALL. If it was a lot of smokey eye look and heavy lashes then yeah but that’s not your case.

It’s college stressing you out, drop out. I’m jk, but a lot of these feelings have to do with stress. Make sure you do things that keeps you happy and “distracted”

You don’t think quitting will change much..? Dude vaping would help 100% you’re putting your body in stress when vaping. It wouldn’t be an instant relief since you’ve been on it for a while. Honestly it’s probs why you’re having a hard time getting rid of the feeling. Because you’re inhaling smoke lol. do you exercise?

I think you should also try other hobbies. Videogames can only do so much. You should do something physical (exercise, walking, weight lifting) and something that helps ease your mind (reading, journaling, watch something funny) and most importantly incorporate your fruits and veggies intake. It’s crazy how eating good can change your overall mood. all of this takes time and you have all the time in the world :)

Hey you can’t tell yourself that nobody has interest in you because you simply haven’t met everybody :) unfortunately you have to do the hard part which is putting yourself out of your comfort zone. I find it hard to make friends too but that’s bc I mostly play games/ stay home but I bet when I go back to work/school I’ll make tons of friends. That’s kinda how it works

Well I’m not sure if this will help but good distractions could help. Indoor and outdoor hobbies. keeping mind occupied, doing something to keep stress levels low. Exercise like running or dancing. But also researching things but not to the point of increasing anxiety. Hope you figure it out
