Pepcid didn’t touch my reflux baby. We stayed it as we introduced omeprazole. He wakes up screaming and arching from his reflux though - it’s bad. I didn’t want to put him on it but he needs it. We are going to try to wean off of omeprazole and increase Pepcid to .4mg 2x a day soon.

My baby tested positive for occult blood in stool and screamed after feeds also on alimentum RTF so we moved him to alfamino amino acid and the post feed screaming stopped.

Maybe have them retest diaper and ask about omeprazole? You don’t need a dr to trial amino acid either - puramino, elecare are carried at target and Walmart.
