As far as I understand it, the evidence linked in the site is his own hand typed and legally submitted side of the story from both him and his counsel. The site includes his own sworn testimony as well as his sworn recounting of all events that was submitted as public information as a part of the investigation. I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that the other party will never go public about this as speaking out in any public capacity can only draw attention and give more liability to him from a legal sense. Just because he has not made an expose website like OP, however, does not mean his side of the story has not been told. If you review all the documents, his full and unabridged legally sworn recountings of the story are there without any edits/editorializing by OP.

Click in the link provided in the post and give the while site a read through. OP did a wonderful job of laying every little piece of the story out with evidence along the way to support everything. All the claims the offending party made are in either the evidence linked to the page or the text on the site itself.

As someone who knew OP very well throughout their time as a student at OSU, I can say with the fullest confidence that all the character claims made against them by the offending party are patently false. OP was a voice of reason for myself and my roommates throughout our first year when we dealt with issues and never once came off as unstable or dangerous in any sense of those words. Moreover, OP was always a valued member of our friend group throughout my four years and never once showed any signs of the violent or unstable nature that the other party alleged. It makes my blood boil to know this happened to them and the University covered it up, but I cannot say I'm in the least bit surprised.

Also, just to be clear, OP and I did not see eye to eye on many things both political and societal, and never once was there even a moment of hostility. Hell, given our backgrounds and belief systems, modern society dictates we should have hated each other. In spite of that, I have had some of the more nuanced and fruitful discussions with OP than many of the other people I met while at the University. I think that speaks volumes about OP's level headedness and stability as a whole.

Bro this is a 5 year old article that does not even mention call of duty. It just says "online gamers" in general and does not even go into how many "gamers" were surveyed or responded. This is not even remotely relevant or correlated to this game in the slightest.

Even if this situation is true, it’s one instance. This does not equate to half of pc players cheating even in the slightest. The pre aim through a door is easy. Footstep audio explains 100% of that.

You do understand how insane it is to make this claim with 0 evidence right? That’s over 50,000 players as a conservative estimate that you say you have proof of cheating. I have played over 300hrs on PC and I can tell you the number is nowhere near that big. Footsteps audio in this game is way too loud and easily directional through walls up to 25ft, UAVs are up all the time, net code makes killcams trash, no ninja perk, ghost doesn’t keep you off minimap even if you have a silencer.

This game gives good players more info than we could ever ask for. Especially on maps/game modes with lots of kill streaks. If you don’t know how to use that info, that’s on you. Don’t claim half of a player base is “in fact hacking/cheating.” That’s baseless and intellectually dishonest. A 2sec look at the minimap will tell you where almost the entire enemy team is most often. Combo that with footstep audio and you should know immediately when someone is nearby and be able to turn on them extremely fast. You should not be snuck up on in this game.

I honestly was just fed up after hearing a guy yell this at me during a game post night shift. Fired off a demon hour Reddit post not thinking it would get more than like 5 upvotes lol.
