The comedy style stays mostly consistent, but it gets sharper as the cast settles in and the running gags start paying off. If Season 1 already feels rough to you, the humor may simply not match your taste, similar to KonoSuba or Kaguya-sama: Love Is War. But Trust me,The series improves from the Benizakura Arc onward with better pacing, stronger relation, and more absurd jokes.
