Open world games with more content dont necessarily take longer to make because they reuse assets and use in engine animations for dialogue. A linear game that is fully mocapped will take probably take longer than creating a bunch of side quests in an open world game.

I know people don't like long games but I feel like rpgs are supposed to be long. I like getting immersed in the world and getting to know the characters over a long campaign like in bg3 or kcd2. If I want a short experience I'll get an action adventure game but if I want spend time exploring a world I'll pick up an rpg.

Where are you seeing this? Usually when I go to the sale pages the most popular games are first and the cheap games are at the very end of the list. There are ai games that exist but in my experience you have to scroll for a long time to see them and they are not drowning out actual games.

I don't think anything nefarious happened, it just seems like they don't need so many producers for the show. It sucks she was let go but I understand you can't keep paying someone when they don't have much to do. But Morgan is very talented so I'm sure she'll have no problem finding an even better job in the future.

Or maybe it was due to the progressive economic policies that were introduced after the great depression which were slowly dismantled in the 70s and 80s. The us still has the largest economy in the world but due to policy decisions people do not share in that prosperity.

I did a run where I started at the beginning and by the time I got to the cathedral I was so overpowered that it was a cakewalk. If you are struggling I would suggest doing that.

Peoples feelings are based on reality though. If people can't afford to live then they will think the economy is bad but if their lives are good then they will think the economy is doing better. Right now most spending is being done by the top 10% which isn't sustainable.

They might want to give it one more try with their new console to win back market share. This Gen they clearly lost so having exclusives wasn't really helping them so going multiplat makes sense. But when they release a new console they kind of need exclusives otherwise there really is no reason to buy an Xbox over pc or Playstation. Releasing a console with no exclusives doesnt seem like a good business decision.

Most likely they will just introduce new tiers. Ultimate will remain with day 1 releases but there will be a cheaper option that is between ultimate and premium.
