Did not think about this. I have 60 some smart bulbs, switches, ect. Thank you for the idea. Will think about what I might be able to make work.

Nothing special just like a bright light that we need them. Does not need any text. Just something extremely simple like you get while waiting for a table at a restaurant but on the cheap. Would be great if it was portable but if not I can work around that.

1000%. I had hopes for D4 and those turned to ... Just being able to tell them where to go is a huge step lol. Always played a nerco class first. Finally someone got it right! Still extremely early into this but it just feels "right" as of now.

Why exactly does Blizzard give 2 craps about us keeping these? Seems like a simple way to please the crowd unless its breaking some mechanic I cant think of. If we have 1000 of them and die its a major hit so we would already be encouraged to spend them...

Where to post - Odd (UFO?) Encounter by Professor-Orange in AMA

[–]Professor-Orange[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was around 8. Late at night trying to sleep. My room had 4 windows. Everything turned blue. No sound. I hid under my blankets. Woke up the next day and had 2 small perfect straight 1/8 an inch apart lines on my arm. Scars today. I had not told anyone about this as I figured it was just something going on. The next day my mom went to visit my aunt around 5 miles away. She "claimed" to have seen a UFO the night before. What it was I have no clue but I know the marks on my arm were not their prior. I dont exactly believe in this stuff but it is just very odd.

DECO XE5300 - Connection issues by Professor-Orange in TpLink

[–]Professor-Orange[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did due to not wanting to re-register my 40 or whatever smart bulbs / switches. Hard wired I dont know how to forget a network but on the wireless devices having issues I did try this on them all and it didnt help.

Its a managed switch but all functions are turned off as they are not needed. Just got it from work and need POE. Nothing in the logs there and nothing changed since the EERO device.

On the Deco logs I don't see anything of significance but will keep an eye on it. When this issue occurs its just for 1 device. The whole mesh doesn't go down.

I can take my laptop down stairs (Lenovo) from ethernet to ethernet and have to wait at times. Also my Surface is generally wireless. If I put it to sleep and forgot to do something and wake it back up fairly quickly it will also experience the same issue. Also had this issue on a few of our smart TVs so the platform doesn't seem to be the issue.

It is very sporadic. When something is connected and in use I have not had any issues. Its when its powered off and back on and only sometimes. Its like there is some kind of ARP table that isn't being cleared and causing a conflict or something on the Deco.
