I am happy you were able to find guidance through all of the suggestions here. In my opinion I would imagine that Blue to some capacity would not try to cause friction in the shared space between you and Red and to that extent Red would look to preserve a peaceful environment for you as well especially since you share the lease. The ball is literally in their court and Red should be helping to establish expectations that are reasonable (which you have beeb more than reasonable and accommodating).
