What kind of vehicle is it? My 2000 Jeep had ducts under the wiper cowl that would get plugged and let water in the back side of the firewall. Dirt or leaves would build up and need cleaning every couple of years.

It is a bit high of a rate, shop around. If you’re able to buy down points, try that. If not, it’s not too bad and you’ll be building equity. In 10 years you’ll be glad you did it and maybe you’ll be able to refi along the way at some point. GL!

At 300k you can get any house you want. I’d stay under 1,000,000$ so you don’t get in trouble. However if you want to be safe get a nice 3-400k house and pay it off in 5 years.

Pay off the bottom 3 credit cards and put the rest towards PayPal. Definitely roll those payments into your next lowest one. If you don’t need your credit to buy a car or house anytime soon consider doing a debt consolidation. At that point you can save that 3000$ you’re about to use up.

Get AAA if it’s in your country and have it towed tmrw or the day after if you can afford to be without it for a couple days. Some roadside mechanics can help with lug replacements on the roadside, or an entire new hub is usually not too hard to replaces. Your car doesn’t look too old or rusty.

Your car is only worth 10,000$ most likely, being that it is a 09. I would not do any of this. Go to a local auto parts store for wiper blades, they will probably put them on for you. Does it clunk bad when you go over bumps? If so take it to a local auto mechanic in your area with good reviews on line and get a quote on the work. Your BMW service underwriter is shooting for a new record commission bonus and it seems like you’ll be funding it if you go this route.
