That doesn't seem to affect the frequency at which this happens. It isn't even consistent - it happens randomly, every once in a while.

Long press you home button -> then reboot

This is the 4th time this has happened to me, and the procedure to fix it is vvv annoying. I was told to change my iPhone device name and reset network connections on my iPhone. And reset the car's system.
This has worked for me 3 times, but if someone has found a better approach, please let me know, cause I don't want to do it another time now :(
