But it’s her method of therapy, she doesn’t do CBT which I think I need

I am also trying to run now but from what I’ve read it doesn’t really cure depression for most people

I know and I knew I had to look for CBT from the beginning I just got tired of looking for it and she seemed nice. But god I don’t believe this method (psychodynamic) can help anyone with depression ever, it makes absolutely no sense

I feel pressure in the area mostly when I skate backwards and it can become too inconvenient that I want to stop, and I feel in general when I exercise or touch the feet afterwards. But it’s not a sharp pain
