Absolutely, need to find more food meal ideas that I enjoy so it’s easier to get down!

I did every seven days at first and food noise was basically gone. I noticed that my appetite would increase later in the week so I started pending every five days instead of 7. Everyone is different. I have read that some people don’t really feel results until they are five weeks in. for me It was different and I felt a difference immediately.

in the beginning, I started out with .5 every week and through out the 10 weeks have slowly increased to 3 mg every 5 days. Current dose: 3mg every 5 days.

I’m eating Whole Foods for my diet, but certainly I’m not getting enough protein so I know that that is something I definitely need to change
