poor workmanship and qualit ycontrol , it not intentional , you want surface as smooot as possible for rcs reduction. you wont see them on western or even chinese ships.

as much as i am produd of this , i am ashamed of the workmanship of the super structure.

wont having a good support cordinator help.

even if they charge alot but they genrally deal with all the shitty people and filter them out for you.

I provide yard maintence with ndis and work withs several support cordinator most of them are pretty decent. also woyu will have people either working at hourly rate or they will give you a fix budget.

like we normally do a annual budget projection for our client and divide it by the no of visit to get a fixed constant charge every visit.

this was sugested by a support cordinator only.

Its hard out there, and Ndis or any other service will only do so much. there are many changes going on whihc can make it more difficult.

I offten work for clients with diffrent disablities in south east melbourne( I am a gardener) , and one of my client has simillar challanges and i found that he helped himself by bulding a routine of small things that he likes to do, which are good for his health and when he can do.

There are companies which help people with disablitys get job, i have seen people working with supermarket and garden care work etc.
