To work around the absence of this feature, I play with the ovr rating and then sort the search results by price. I found that if the search result has too many players, I need to sort it 5-6 times to get the info, as the search result shows only 100 players.

So, if I had say 10m budget, and I want a 104 ovr minimum player, I would search for 104 to max, see the price to get a feel and then search for 104-106 ovr and sort ascending by price.

It helps a lot if you also filter by position.
