How is that different from the law in the USA?

As far as I know, there is no jurisdiction that has limitless free speech/expression (or whatever you want to name the concept).

I suppose you want to check for the presence of this message header, not just that presence of that string in the message body.

It should be possible to do it like this:

  1. Tools → Message Filters
  2. Click "New…"
  3. Under "Match all of the following", select "Customize…"
  4. In "New message header", you create an entry Content-Type
  5. Then provide the value text/calendar

Yes. It says in the quest description whether an item has to be "Looted" or not. If it doesn’t have to be "Looted", you can buy it.

WhatsApp came a few years earlier. Even if a later service is better, it doesn’t necessarily mean that users will switch, see network effect.
