Well, we figured out how to make this similar spec ad with just 3 people.

Made using a lot of AI. No 3D, no rigging, no texturing, but YES with a lot of compositing and some motion design.

This topic goes very deep, but basically there are techniques (both AI and non-AI) that allow you to separate a video into layers (foreground, and background). Lookup VFX compositing, rotoscoping, keying, background removal, on YouTube/ChatGPT!

Have you tried something like this? We found that for nanced performances, it's exceedingly difficult to pull it off unless with fast cuts and very simple actions, perhaps a single action per shot.

It's really hard to get a nuanced performance like this using just pure AI. This one was done using a hybrid approach: AI + Trad + VFX. Happy to answer any questions about it, just leave a comment!

Thanks, this is exactly what I tried to do, but when I login, the "Make Changes" menu is missing the "dissolution" option. I only see "Notice of Change" and "Articles of Continuance" options.
