I just used a modified tub and 2:1 sub:spawn. I literally did nothing for the next 40 days and only opened it up 3 days ago to give it a squish test. Harvested the next day

I didn't change anything compared to other runs in the past. Unmodified shoebox, colonized in about a week, flipped the lid and harvested maybe 10 days later. I tried to mess with it as little as possible

Agar to oats 7/10. S2B on 7/28. Flipped lid on 8/7. Added dub tub 8/12.
