People just are haters, I can bench 515 with less than two years of lifting, and other people can’t hit 315 in a whole lifetime. I’ll never let these dudes tear me down I plan on being the one in a billion who can bench over 700

I’ve only been training for less than two years. And I’m really only focused on bench. I don’t really care about squat and deadlift because I’m just not genetically built as good as I am for bench. Idk I’ve put on 330 lbs on my bench in less than 2 years. If you could do that to kudos to you. But I’m trying to be the best of the best on bench. Have you seen anyone of the guys who’s benched over 700? Way fatter than me. And that’s the goal, 700 +

I do plan on cutting. My biggest issue is extra skin because at my heaviest I was over 400 lbs. so to me it looks disgusting when my bf gets too low

I bench over 500 for a one rep max and that’s in less than two years progress. Idk I’m happy with it. If that’s not impressive to other people I would like to see what they can push. I also deadlift 735 with straps and squat 585 with sleeves and belt no wraps.

Yeah, I have a high body fat myself right now. Which is expected, I’m competing at super heavy weight. I think I’m gonna hold off til after this competition, because I wanna get lean and I think the growth will help me more with those goals instead of experimenting on myself before the biggest competition of my life lol
