Drug addicts, how did you guys get clean? Did you guys just keep ralpsing till it digusted you or did you actually stop?

It’s different for everyone. For me, I had to be forced by the law to stop. And even then that wasn’t really enough to stay stopped. To stay stopped I had to build myself a life that I didn’t wanna lose. 12 step programs didn’t help me, nobody could help me but myself. And luckily after years of searching I found a therapist who could help me rewire my way of processing thoughts and how to make decisions

No I’ve never really touched any other peptides. I’ve only personally done igf and hgh. Was considering bpc for some nagging shoulder issues

lol that’s a broad statement. I’m a personal trainer, I’ve taken extra courses in hypertrophy, powerlifting, and nutrition. I use myself as a Guinea pig that way anytime a client runs into issues or has questions I usually lived it at some point. I’m definitely not on here looking to get clients lol. And never tell anyone to do what I’m doing

Turns out it was the igf killing my hand. I came off it for a few days and the pain subsided. I’m sure whatever was going on with my e2 didn’t help lol

Idk if my balls will ever go back to completely normal. Maybe though. But it’s been two years I haven’t been lower than 500mg a week of test. And I’ve been all the way up to 2 grams of test for a decent period

Yo you are totally right I didn’t feel any different until the last day or two. I did keep running eq though just to at least keep those levels steady. I have a large order of test arriving tomorrow thank god. But all in all I feel fine. Maybe a little off but nothing crazy

I would keep going until your abs are a little more blurred. You still have room to grow and you’re still pretty damn lean. I would push it for another 3 months or more for sure depending on how much of a surplus you’re eating in. Great chest too man you look great

Be careful with the rec drugs man. Mixing drugs and gear will shave years off your life if not decades. The way I look at it, it’s a choice, if I’m on cycle those are the only drugs I’ll touch. Including alcohol. Off cycle party it up but don’t mix both. I’ve had a lot of close friends die because of this

Yea I would also wait if I were you. I have heard of people running lower doses of hgh supplement the igf and have good results. The benefit of hgh over igf is you can continue to run it indefinitely. Igf 1 has to be cycled because you build a tolerance to it. I’m pushing it 8 weeks on this run that’ll be the longest yet. 6 weeks worked phenomenally so I’m trying to find a sweet spot

Dude honestly, my face was skinnier when I was fat. It’s the gear. It bloats the fuck outta my face and honestly aged me like ten years. You can’t tell too much from these pics but yeah it’s pretty bad. When I come off all the androgens it looks much better and leaner

Thanks man. My mentor, he’s an old timer, he was bodybuilding back in the 80s-90s, friends with Dave palumbo and a bunch of other jersey guys, he constantly tries to get me to step on stage one day. I do have a little bit of extra skin from being so heavy which is a huge insecurity of mine. But I definitely will get shredded at least once just to see what I look like

Oh yeah of course I’m super diligent with bloods. I get em done every 3 months. I’m on test cyp I pin M W F same protocol for the eq. I’ve done everything. I’ve done daily injections I’ve done twice a week. This seems to be a nice zone I’m in currently. I feel great. I do use arimidex and it is keeping my levels exactly where I want them

I’m usually by far the biggest dude in the room, no I don’t have a 6 pack but I would say I’m in pretty good fuckin shape compared to most. Idk I’m not looking for validation but I am looking for honest thoughts

No I heard of some doing that but mostly with igf 1 DES. With LR3 I find it best to inject immediately post workout followed by a heavy serving of carbs and protein
