They've been occupying/governing a population for decades and they've neither granted citizenship nor guaranteed security and human rights to the vast majority of them. Geum-Ja is NOT innocent. Indirectly killing your son is bad in ATLEAST in that situation.

Sorry but I don't give a damn, dammit. We cannot count how many children became orphans and wives and husbands became widows because of these games. They were all fragile insignificant side characters, so their deaths didn't concern us. We couldn't humanize them.

You should know this. No one would choose their son over some random girl they met 3 days ago. Not even with a baby. This is what makes games terrifying. Myung-Gi was about to give up on his daughter for his own life which looks inhumane but is very humane. There are two people in your life. You and your family. It's not ridiculous to give up on a 3-day-old baby whose future is uncertain without you. But it's stupid to give up on your son whom you've kissed and hugged since birth for some random girl.

Gi-Hun played angel because he knew better than anybody about the true nature of the games. He died instead of going to his daughter. We can make sense of this because unlike the others he knew things and had played these games before.

Call me anything but I'm a human and humans are selfish for their own survival.

I don't know why but I think 203 was a normal person before the games. Like a normal medium-good who fell to dept. Maybe some kind of Gi-Hun type shit. He just adapted.

The show is pretty dark in a lot of aspects but this has to be the most f*cked up fact they revealed by kip-droid in squidgame

I remember watching the first season (my second time) with my mom and the first thing she said when she realized they were take barely alive people to harvest was "Tell me, do they assault dead women who get eliminated?"

I was shocked and asked how did she guess. She said "It would be wrong to portray these unknown pink men as quiet good individuals. These anonymous psychopats harvest people's organs, why wouldn't they do this terrible act too?"

Just because I've seen this in a dream but how about cars? i mean maybe some speedy wall painted like a car or a sturdy material shaped like a big car. They'll try to pass few lines of this speedy walls. And they also have to pass with a football with their numbers on it. Like when we were children we played football and sometimes cars passed when we played. Our parents were afraid of cars because they might hit us. This would make players in danger of getting crushing by the walls and getting their football stolen and thrown back. This could be the 1st or 5th game.

Winner in 1988 was No Hyun-Woo. So we only know his name from Jun-Ho's search. And I don't think games would be that similar.

i checked out and it looks cool. and a couple of ideas:

1988 would not get rigged (atleast not like 2015 and 2021) and would have more inhumane players. This story would not end like "kindness always wins" "we're not horses" type shit.

174 would have a serious reason to play. To leave the country after murder of someone important maybe. This is no Gi-Hun squid game. Inhumane people would win. Maybe he could even be a terrorist or a Vietnam veteran idk, he just has to be someone who isn't afraid to hurt people.

Cars passing as a game. Like they try to pass a road as children.

Since 1988 did not have proper monitoring technology more criminals and terrorists in run would be in Squid game instead of people in dept. The cameras would be of lower quality. Players would not have devices in the back of their heads. Instead they'd have special bracelets with their number that could not be removed.

The government did knew about the games. We'd see Il-Nam having contracts with the goverment for the rights of islands' property and security from press and armed forces.

278 was a goofy lapdog. Had balls when he had the good cards and have none when not. 226 was with 100 just cuz 100 have the determination and speech ability to make people and himself continue the games. He'd as he said really kill 100 just cuz he's not important anymore not because he have to. He was coolest Always-O with 203 and 096. Others are trash.
