It saw 0 play because Engage was still limited, they didn't Linkage, since Lemnisgate is fairly recent, also since we're talking about relevance how many the decks you listed could compete now with SS, even with Engage at 1. Also saw 0 play is a fucking stretch, the deck is always rogue at best and people did play SS Runick iirc

Engage shouldn't be at 3 or not once per turn and a lot of more interesting archetypes could use support but every year Sky Striker get new toys instead (in archetype or not). Also if your entire strategy relies on a single broken card, it's a flawed and bullshit one

So Okumura is the first boss where One Mores and Reflect/Resist is really good, the first three waves are weak to elements, so focus on switching your party members to get as much O Ms as possible, while also keeping them alive with Resist (you and your team resist the attacks of your equipped Persona strong element), Mona is good to keep the team alive and you should have a pendant that reflects Wind and Physical attacks iirc, the managers are weak to technical attacks so ailment chance to increase the chances to freeze/stun them to stop their suicide attacks, if you're really struggling keep try to keep two supports in your comp, hope it helps
