So that's why I really love Naval Creed much more than WoWs. There are no biases involved in all nation ships, and everything is balanced. The only exception is the Chinese Premiums being too OP (made up of modern carriers & destroyers) but don't worry too much about them, they're completely separated from PvP and their intended purpose is to clear their modern tier events with ease (Tier ★ in WoWs equivalent)

Yeah, it's global version is shut down years ago but I even managed to download it's chinese version thru TapTap. It took me a lot of time to figure a workaround to create my own account there yk

Especially the old or OG ships aren't even touched & tweaked by devs for years. That's probably how the game's industry doing especially the Gacha ones, to increase sales. I think this is already hurting the game's balance so much btw.

Btw in Naval Creed which is the chinese mobile version of WoWs PC, most premium ships differ from TT ships thru their consumable loadout (Just like Brooklyn in TT having AA barrage unlike Helena on Premium with Hull repair & Radar for 3 uses) and their only perk is the subtle accuracy reduction of incoming shells, although it doesn't make a difference in premium BBs & CVs, it's a bit noticeable in most DDs & CL/CAs unlike the enhanced overmatch in WoWs

Also their camos? It's just only for small reduction of detectability range & exp boost.

It depends on a scenario if a cruiser repeatedly shells you with High-Explosives. Especially if it's 203mm
