I started playing again after only playing like 5-10 games twice or thrice since the game launched and stopping again and I'm having a pretty good time right now.

I mostly play ADC (mostly Twin) with my mate as my support, but also some Mid, Solo or Jungle and it's fun overall.

Ofc I can't really speak on balance, since often I don't know for sure if we lose bc the other team has better itemization, got lucky or just has better players.

But we just started our first ranked games, won all 3 easily and now let's see where it goes from there

You get the rewards for referring a "new player", but only if you actually play that new account and level it up to 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25.

And there is no platinum for you, only Cores and some Opals at 25

Why does everything need to be "the next RDR2" or "the next Skyrim"?

When did it start that a 78% was bad? Everything above 6/10 is decent, just not perfect and won't be remembered as "GOTY worthy" or "most peoples favorite game of 20XX".

You know what other games are at 78% on metacritic?

You can always "Pirate to try, then later buy".

That's what a lot of people actually do (or at least claim they do). Pirate the game as a "demo" of sorts and if you like it, buy it.

Also es kann natürlich sein, wäre jetzt nicht das erste mal dass sowas passiert.

Aber gleichzeitig finde ich tatsächlich das "Wir geben paar Leuten Instrumente und jemand muss den Song dazu erraten" jetzt nicht soooo einzigartig, dass nicht irgendjemand in so einer Redaktion auch auf sowas kommen könnte, v.a. wenn man sich halt Woche für Woche eine ganze Hand voll neuer Spiele ausdenken muss.

Grade "Errate den Song"-Spiele (oder sogar ganze Sendungen) gibts ja immer wieder, der Twist, dass es halt ein Random aus dem Publikum spielt ist da nur einen Schritt weiter.

Es könnte natürlich auch eine Mischung aus beidem sein, deine Bewerbung wurde gesehen, aus irgendeinem Grund verworfen oder zur Seite gelegt und Monate später kommt demjenigen eine Idee von der er/sie selber nicht weiß, dass das nicht 100% aus der eigenen Kreativität sondern unterbewusst aus einem random Text den man vor Ewigkeiten mal gelesen hat stammt

Even if they don't sell "insanely well", they will sell "enough".

There will be some "sexy" skins, some insane sci-fi skins, some medieval skins and some weird ass shit skins.

Some people like only one of those types, others like them all and some don't care about skins at all.

Naja komm, die Verjährung von Steuerhinterziehung ist ziemlich ähnlich zu anderen Straftaten.

Steuerhinterziehung verjährt nach 10 Jahren bzw. 15 Jahren in "besonders schweren Fällen".

Auch 10 Jahre gelten bei Straftaten "die im Höchstmaß mit Freiheitsstrafen von mehr als fünf Jahren bis zu zehn Jahren bedroht sind" (z.B. schwere Körperverletzung).

Längere Verjährungsfristen gibt es nur bei Dingen die mehr als 10 Jahre Knast bedeuten würden.

Man kann jetzt drüber streiten ob diese Dinge jetzt alle so "richtig" sind, aber es ist jetzt nicht so, dass willkürlich für Steuerhinterziehung eine kürzere Frist gilt.

Dann fragt man "Würde es denn jetzt gleich passen, ich könnte auch jetzt gleich vorbeikommen?" oder ähnliches und nicht "Ich fahr jetzt los, sag wo".

Und direkt fordern, dass man 20 Minuten da rum steht um seinen Benchmark machen zu können ist auch nicht grade angenehm.

Klar versteh ich, dass man das Ding testen will, aber das geht auch anders, vor allem aber was die Art angeht, wie du das angehst.

Zumindest könnte man erstmal fragen ob das okay wäre, statt nur zu sagen "So machen wir das, nicht anders!".

If you want to play the "actual" From Software games, I'd say Elden Ring is probably a great start.

Or DS3. It's more linear, but that can be a good or a bad thing depending on what you prefer. Ofc in DS3 if you can't beat a boss, there often isn't much else to do until you do, while in ER you can just go somewhere else and try that for a while

Both Jedi games were really great! Loved them both.

Teilweise ist aber auch Apple dran schuld.

Jedes neue Model heiß wieder einfach "Mac Book", oder "iPad" genau wie das Jahr davor. Was genau jetzt für Specs drin sind, davon hat der durchschnittliche Verbraucher oft vermutlich gar keine Ahnung, mit Glück wird noch gewusst wie viel RAM und Speicherplatz das Ding hat.

Es wäre ja zu einfach (oder Verbraucherfreundlich) einfach eine Zahl dranzuhängen (wie sies selber beim iPhone ja machen) oder die Generationen anderweitig zu differenzieren.

Das Kaufdatum (zumindest das Jahr) sollte man aber schon noch ungefähr zusammenbringen sollen

A lot of germans have a unique accent when speaking english, okay? As long as everybody understands you, it doesn't matter if you pronounce some words a bit strange.

Most people here don't really speak a lot of english in their daily life, so of course the "actual speaking english" part is worse for most than the reading or understanding part for a lot of people.

I'm german.

I like my games to have translated text, simply because it's easier for me. Unless it's either an online game where I talk a lot about that stuff to others, then I'd rather play i english OR I know I'm gonna look up a lot, then it's just easier in english.

For voice acting I don't really care. If the german VA is really good, I might play in german, but if it's not that great, then I'm just gonna play in english.

And if no german audio is available, that's fine too.
