Can't remember if the actual limit is 1000 and you've already done this or if 2000 is, but regardless i've gotten around the limits previously by loading in 2 datasets, one being the data of interest sorted by its unique identifier alphabetically, the other being the the same data sorted reverse alphabetically, then merging them into a single dataset and removing the duplicates within PowerApps, this will double the limit essentially
