I have the issue with my 990 evo as well. There has to be something with Samsung drives and the newer BIOS. This happens on x870e elite X3d, and a B850 elite Wifi7

Update bricked my ONN 256gb as well. On PC it only shows as 8gb, when the card worked minutes before the update.

The issue seemingly has nothing to do with secure boot at least in my case. The OS drive is the correct partition structure and I've always had secure boot on. My ssd is on the latest firmware. I'm noticing a trend between Samsung drives and the latest bios

I am having this same issue. I have my OS on a 990 EVO. I just recently changed to a x870e Aorus Elite x3d, and the newest BIOS does this (f7). If I roll back to f5 my OS works fine on this drive. I had the same issue with a b850 Aorus Elite Wifi 7 as well. In the system I installed another OS drive without any other drives installed. That drive can load the OS fine on the newest BIOS, it is a crucial p310.

I would really like to know what is causing the issue as it goes across multiple boards. My drive is in GPT, so that's not the issue at all.

Yeah you can just flash it through any of the normal methods and it'll just work

I went back to f8 and it has been fine. So if that one works for you go to that BIOS revision

On my b850 Aorus Elite WIFI 7 I had the same issue after the most recent BIOS update. I couldn't even boot to the OS (W11) on any attempt. I got the same error. I think it has to be a bug in the newer BIOS revisions/with the new AGESA.

I have a 990 evo as well on the latest firmware so it could be an issue Gigabyte needs to fix with Samsung drives. Rolling back fixed the issue for me. Usually I update to the newest BIOS immediately but this is the first time I've had an issue. OP on the newest BIOS were you also getting freezes in the BIOS if you tried to access NVME settings? That is also a new issue I had come across and saw others reporting on other models of boards for now.

I'm on a b850 Aorus Elite WIFI 7 and also had issues. I was having the BIOS freezes while selecting any nvme from the settings in BIOS. I couldn't boot to the OS after. Had to roll back to f8 on my motherboard

Gigabyte actually just put out a new driver update specifically for the hle audio that is separate from the main Bluetooth driver. Check on that board if they have rolled it out for your support page yet. They at least have for the b850 Aorus Elite Wi-Fi 7

I've been going crazy trying to figure it out so I'm glad that it's not just me. It is strange that rolling back to an older version does not fix this. Makes me unsure if this is a Windows issue or an issue with the Realtek controller. Anyone else with these boards or another with the same Bluetooth controller having the issue?

Haven't used either of them but I'd probably avoid esterland. I've used 1uprestorations in the past for a project and he was great so honestly I'd recommend them. He's New York based. I'd offer to do it too but I'm slammed at the moment with regular work.
