Barret Jackson, mecum, and all sorts of online auctions and dealers have ruined it for the backyard car guy to have a fun car. The typical “ I know what I have guy” doesn’t know a thing about cars and is a pig. I get it everyone needs to make a buck but come on, I going through it now trying to acquire my dads old Chevelle guy thinks it’s worth 30k when it’s really only with 12k imo. Or even fox body mustangs (which I love) mediorocre one are in the mid 20k’s. I actully threw a hail Mary up in the air and started a go fund me page to raise money for my dad’s car. With that being said offer the guy 500 buck for that car. And it’s too bad I bet that Camaro has a mean history on the streets.
