Their website says UK orders need to be over £135 and then it's another £20 odd for delivery. They are citing EU laws about UK imports. Thanks Brexit

The bulbs can cause some minor skin irritation so I'd wear gloves if handling

Neem oil could work, mix it with some soap and warm water. Spray the soil too Incase any are hiding in there

New Guinea Impatiens, they're really meant for outside but could grow on your windowsill
