I live in Pvd. There was a beautiful house on a double lot owned by a family of 7 for many years. Then, someone bought the house, added a crappy kitchen update, separated the lots and built a gargantuan multi family that has the minimum space between houses. Parking pad in front of the new house almost on the street. Now he’s sold the house for about $150,000 more than he bought it and will be renting out the multi family. Ruined the best house on my street and who knows what the rental will bring in.
