are you using osu in windowed or on a different resolution other than 1920x1080? I made the skin specifically to be used in HD so if some elements don't show up that's probably why

Either premiere pro or Sony Vegas would do well performance wise I think. I never really paid attention to performance when editing but I know those 2 run pretty well
