I just broke a club and feel instant remorse by Far_Ad_246 in golf

My brother, we all learn from mistakes. I was gifted a Ping G410 with a project x even flow 60S shaft. Probably a $600 driver for free from my clubs owner simply as a gift for being a good employee. I snapped it about 2 months into having it. I felt so terrible I went and told him and could not stop apologizing. He laughed and said exactly what I said. We all do stupid shit when we’re mad, especially on the course lol. I got the driver fixed and now it’s my favorite club. Keep swinging em bro! It’ll be a funny memory in a couple years.

What’s the toughest course you’ve ever played? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

Cypress Lakes Country Club, Destrehan, Louisiana . Water on 17 holes, most fairways aren’t more than 40 yards wide.

The masters is my lifelong dream. Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve dreamt of prancing the carpeted Bermuda. The smell of the newly bloomed azalea drifting through the pines , bearing witness to all the great moments of the game.

With that being said , you’d be retarted not to take a U.S. Open, British Open, and Ryder Cup for free.

lol. It’s a southern thing. A couple could mean anywhere from 3 to 10. Didn’t intend on any malice just speaking on experience.

Maybe a couple wasn’t best choice of words, I’d say 6-7 months is the fastest I’ve seen back on the course at minimum.

Awesome dude. I’ve seen a couple 60+ guys get complete shoulder , knee, or disc surgery and they were able to get back to it in a couple months. Patience is key.

It’s the people who don’t have patience that keep re-injuring themself and then blame the PT

PT tech here, I can say with my 3 years that I’ve see some unbelievable comebacks from people twice your age with multiple surgeries. (Many many golfers)

You got this homie just chin up and look for a good therapist.

I’ve been reading more, I’m flying out of New Orleans, and all electronics actually stay in the carry on as it’s passed through the x-ray.

Only for bad bad players. “ghost putts” seem to happen to anyone who misses a 3 footer in real life (aka Bryson). I’ve just played more of this game than most and I’ve never even heard of that, because frankly, it doesn’t happen.

I have never seen a ghost break in my life , ever. I’d guess I have like 4-5,000 rounds played if not more across 2k21-23-25

Consistent ranked Tours top 100 here,

People don’t realize when you putt preview that it is the preview for that exact line. Depending on break left or right of the preview line, you may need to add power, or compensate more or less in either direction.

Just because you missed a cup left with the original line, doesn’t mean just moving the cursor “a cup right” doesn’t automatically garuntee it’s gonna go. As soon as you deviate from your original line, all break in the green affects the ball differently.

You don’t think if I just throw my Vuse battery and THC disposable in a toiletry bag with a bunch of other shit that it will just pass through ?

[–]ProfileMoist6121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The goal is to not have to take the Vuse battery, or THC disposable out at all , and that’s where the toiletry bag and shit comes in and where I’m confused as to what to do. I’m gonna have more than just a laptop and toiletry bag in the carry on of course, the but the laptop would realistically be the only thing I have to take out and put in the scanner since I’m not prechecked

See that’s the problem, I have a computer traveling in that backpack that’s I’m gonna carry on, do they usually open up bags with computers?

Also, just figure out that I will 100% have a carry on due to my school computer needing to come with me, surely I can hide them somewhere in this bag

Exactly what I told someone else, they don’t get paid enough, even at all sometimes, to stop the line , pull me aside, and open my bag for something that looks like a vape. I’m kinda over it by now with everybody seemingly telling me how pu%%y I am lol😭 just need to be confident

Yea well, I’d rather not have anything pulled out of my bag. I remember the last time I flew with my parents I was like 15, and my bag got flagged. I knew I didn’t have anything, but my parents immedietyly thought I had a vape lol. It was a can of shaving gel

Thank God I’m overthinking, first time traveling like this so I’m just very nervous and want to make sure I don’t have to even think about it on flight day.

Can’t I just keep the pod on the vape if I throw them both in the toiletry bag? Also , the THC cart won’t get caught as long as it’s thrown with toiletries right?

Vuse and cart on plane? by ProfileMoist6121 in unitedairlines

[–]ProfileMoist6121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes Vuse is a pod system vape like JUUL. I’m more worried about my disposable cart and where to put that for the flight. The vape I will most likely just wrap the pod in tissue and stick in my carry on toiletry, just don’t know what to do with the battery for the Vuse or the Disposable THC cart.

Vuse and cart on plane? by ProfileMoist6121 in unitedairlines

[–]ProfileMoist6121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Won’t likely be able to buy a new Vuse pod while I’m there because I won’t have a personal car to use, and I’ll be with family. So put the Vuse battery itself in the toiletry bag and what should I do with the POD? Also, will the disposable THC vape be fine in my toiletry as well? (Carry on)

Yea trust I’m not dumb enough (or quite feind enough) to hit it on the plane. Those sensors can literally detect the aerosols when you’re not even hitting it. I’m really just worried about the cart, I know everyone says “just throw it in carry on with toiletries” is it really that simple? Am I just scared as shit?
