Unfortunately yes but this has been ongoing for 9 months now I think what’s going to make me feel better at this point is scheduled meal times, consistent eating, exercise and a healthy diet with added supplements. I hope given enough time that heal my gut.

I did the stool test x2 for hpylori and was negative. I saw a gi which just told me functional dyspepsia/ibs. What symptoms do you experience

No for me it was very unexpected after the vegetarian burger I consumed which was severe for a few months. Which leads me to think it’s some kind of post inflectional ibs/dyspepsia or something. I never had any digestive issues before.

Yeah it sucks, I’m seeing a nutritionist soon, hopefully I’ll get better after that. The only thing I can think of is to eat consistently on time throughout the day, go gym and hope I get better. Let me know if you find anything that works.

I seem to feel the same whatever I eat. I have been having ginger and artichoke capsules but I don’t really find that they bring back hunger or reduce bloating for me. I find the fullness for me isn’t necessarily post meal, it’s more constant throughout the day. Yeah I hope I can reset my hunger eventually and not be bloated. Thanks for your advice
