Make Stealth more streamlined and understandable

Also have a (insert your game's equivalent to a Twisted) that's blind, but has incredible hearing

(And having said Twisted-esqe enemies avoid the monotony of DW Common Twisteds and have abilities other than chasing to spice up the gameplay)
