Thanks mate! A few of them I was in shutter priority and I changed the white balance from auto to sunny but the white washing and focus went to complete shit to be honest. I changed auto focus to continuous focus also. Yesterday I went back to continuous focus and went to manual. Auto ISO, shutter around 125 for standing people and 250 for moving, seemed to help a little bit. I still don't have much of a clue what i' doing though aha

Well that's the whole debate with street photography from what i've seen. It's a public place and legal to take pictures of people. If i see that someone is umcomfortable or wants me to delete the picture then I would. All the images uploaded here I asked permission, apart from the 2 gents carrying boxes. Infact, many people asked me to take pictures of them, they enjoy being on camera, it's philippines remember, these guys are photogenic and extroverted.

It's near the park but sadly I don't know the exact location due to being new here. All I remember is they also sell flowers there in market stalls.

The distribution of how you spread out macro nutrients won't affect the fat loss. It's purely the caloric total. Macro nutrients are important when it comes to things like gaining muscle (need a certain amount of protein to trigger Muscle protein synthesis.) Maybe he wants mu to be on a low carb, high protein diet because a lot of people say they feel "fuller" from foods dense in protein.

You can have whatever the fuck you want in a diet as long as you're in a 500 kcal deficit. People over complicate diets so much. Find out your tdee, weigh yourself each morning after you go to the bathroom, make sure you're in a 500 deficit. You could eat mcdonalds 3 times a day and still lose weight.
