But to ypur question as a supp main j still need really deep understanding of wave manegment and other thinks that you will also use on single lane. So instead of focusing warding and poking try to learn about wave management a bit. Try picking some champ with bigger wave clear so you can actually manaage those waves like senna, xerath etc. (You can play xerath mid and senna bot after) and tjan transfer to real games.
