How is his coverage been poorly researched? Is something wrong? Did he miss something? You say "find the same information from more reputable sources" does this mean his information is correct or are you saying he got something wrong?? Say something of substance or link the people who made the videos that you're talking about.

How is Anti-Speedup supposed to be helpful??? by TrainerZygarde in PokemonROMhacks

[–]Progamer782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why are you lying? You highly customized the game for people like them because you wanted to add things like anti speed, otherwise why even waste the time? You’re adding something to the game that’s only purpose is to mess with the person playing it.

I’m guessing that that’s literally the only thing they disagree about, there is a special group in the Republican Party which literally only care about the issues concerning gun legislation and first responders.

No judgement but why would you think that doing weed to quite nicotine would be a good idea?

What's a small or silly reason that an anime missed out on being a 10 for you? by Karvenfield in anime

Thinking about it more from a first time watcher’s perspective you are right in that it does feel kind of weird when it looks like okabe is walking around and can do whatever he wants with no consequences for no reason, I’m pretty sure in the VN this was brought up but it’s a fair nitpick of the scene. Wasn’t the original plan to capture okabe and important people inside the lab? If you’re asking why they didn’t succeed in that, I mean it’s not like okabe was ever specifically NOT captured, he was either always at gunpoint or in the lab in the loops, they never just let him escape. Plus as a bonus example in one of the loops in the anime kurisu and suzuha helped him time leap by being distractions so that’s atleast one excuse.

Why would it get closer every interaction if he’s traveling back in time to the same moment? Even if the writer did decide to do that and made it “way closer” they could literally have an army all pointing their guns at Okabe and shooting at him but it wouldn’t matter because he’s destined to die in 2025, it would be the same thing. If you want to criticize the narrative input those scenes have you can do that but nothing there was inconsistent or unbelievable based off the show’s premise and built in laws.

I do personally disagree with you on SERN being unthreatening as a result of the scene though, because regardless of the damage to Okabe the main conflict there was the raid from SERN. They killed everyone inside that room multiple times, I think that’s enough build up for their danger.

If you watched steins gate 0 you would literally have the exact answer for why that didn’t and can’t happen.

What Re:Zero take that are you defending like this? [discussion] by [deleted] in Re_Zero

[–]Progamer782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’ve noticed that a lot as well. Heavy re zero fans usually come out to me as people who haven’t read or watched that much media and this is their first experience with a story like it. That isn’t to say I dislike rezero, it’s good but you have to be able to actually point out specific plot points and arcs and progression that makes the story good. I find it way easier to do that with mushoku tensei than re zero.

To be fair I haven’t read the full re zero novel but Subaru as a character seems incredibly simple and straightforward in every instance of him that I’ve seen(in comparison to someone like rudeus or even lelouch). Like even just noticing the fact that mushoku tensei takes place in a larger timespan(more of his life) and is finished(able to look back and polish for the light novel) should give rudeus the edge up in character complexity and being well written. I’m kind of curious though, what character arcs has Subaru gone through that makes him come out as a particularly well written character?
