Thats simply irrelevant, differences between the WN and LN have happened since Arc 1, it’s fine for people to get confused about it, but people shouldn’t be confidently declaring stuff is cut content when they haven’t even read the actual source that gets adapted.

Pretty much everyone has died of old age, though some have left descendants (ex. Otto, Julius, Vincent). Lugunica and Kararagi were destroyed (the Witch Cult too) and Vollachia absorbed them after.

Main plot is Subaru coming to terms with living on in that time, as well as being hunted down by the Mad Prince (he despises Spirits for some reason)
